Booker T. Washington Theatre Guild - 2026-27 Feed the Kids

The Theatre Guild relies on monetary and in kind donations to keep the Feed the Kids program operating without requiring a meal fee from participants. Feeding one kid averages $15 per night or $135 for single show. The Guild is not just feeding the actors, meals are provided for stage managers, directors, designers, stagehands, lighting ops, costume crew, hair & make up department, sound ops, and house crew. See the suggested donation amounts to understand how far your money will go towards keeping the kids fed.

DONATING MONEY TO FEED THE KIDS
You can use this form to make a monetary donation with no other input needed. Our Feed the Kids Chairs can handle everything else. You do not have to worry about ordering, delivery or serving. If you choose to Feed All the Kids for one night or an entire production and would like to discuss meal options with our Co-Chairs you should reach out no less than 2 weeks before meals will be served.

DELIVERING A MEAL FOR ALL THE KIDS (aka an IN KIND DONATION)
Some families choose to order and pay a restaurant directly for a meal to feed the entire cast & crew. You can use this form to request a date. Parents may also choose to deliver & serve the meal. If you cannot be on campus, our Feed the Kids Chairs can help by providing volunteer servers. Note that Booker T does not currently accept deliveries of FTK meals so arrangements will need to be made in advance to make sure that an adult is present to accept delivery. Please understand that requesting a date does not guarantee that date until confirmed by FTK.

	Restock the Snack Cart more In the entertainment industry, craft services stocks a table to provide sustenance for the cast and crew in between meals. Because Booker T actors are on the go from classes straight to after school rehearsals; we put our craft services on a snack cart that provides a mobile option for students in rehearsals that end before 8pm. Keeping our cart filled with a variety of snacks lets hungry students grab a quick bite after school ends and head straight to rehearsal or the set shop.	$120.00

	Feed the Kids You choose the donation amount to help provide meals to students involved in all levels of production during dress rehearsals and shows. **Feed the Kids operates when students stay past 8:00 p.m.	$
