Board Members are appointed for one-year terms at the Guild's May meeting. Board terms run from July 1 - June 30. Board Members are expected to attend Board Meetings monthly (typically the first Tuesday of the month at 6 p.m.) as well as attend Theatre Guild General Meetings, performances, and events.
The Theatre Guild's Mission is to support the Theatre Conservatory's students and faculty through resource development, volunteerism, and general assistance. The Theatre Guild helps provide the best possible academic and artistic experience as our children strive to fulfill their goals and aspirations.
LAST CHANCE to catch the 2025 Senior Directing One Act Play Festival
The annual Senior Directing One Act Play Festival provides the final opportunity for students to showcase the skills that they have developed in the senior directing seminar. Senior directors select and cast a published one act play. Typically students from the stage management, lighting and sound design classes provide their services in support of the senior directors. The plays are divided into three blocks so you will need to attend three separate days in order to see all of the plays. Performances will be in the Black Box Theatre beginning at 6pm each evening.
Volunteer for Senior Directing One Act Play Festival
The Guild needs your help. Please sign up to Volunteer to Feed the Kids in the Senior Balcony of the Commons before the Senior Directing One Act Play Festival shows OR in the lobby on performance nights selling Concessions and/or Merchandise for our spring shows. Use this link to volunteer or donate dessert on March 25-28.
The Theatre Guild does not charge the cast or crew any fees for the meals provided by Feed the Kids. If you would like to make a monetary donation to help cover the cost of meals, please use this link to donate.
We have had many generous families donate additional money and meals during the 2024-25 season. If you would like to donate a meal for the entire cast & crew for one of our upcoming productions, you can make arrangements with Feed the Kids Co-Chairs Ashley Gregory and Stephanie Ruibal at feedthekids@btwtheatreguild.com
You are invited to shop on Amazon using the Theatre Guild's Wish List. Amazon will ship donations directly to Concessions Chair Alicia Rico. The Guild Concessions needs CANDY donations! Please consider donating Sour + gummy candies or chocolate.
Questions about Feed the Kids Donations or FTK Volunteer shifts should be directed to Co-Chairs Ashley Gregory and Stephanie Ruibal at feedthekids@btwtheatreguild.com
Want to celebrate a hardworking member of the cast or crew? It's easy. The Playbill Design Team volunteers can turn your photo and words into a full color ad. Playbill ads start at $25 for a quarter page. And playbill ads are a Theatre Guild Member benefit starting at the Copper Membership Level.
Don't miss out on opportunities, events and the latest news about the BTW Film Program. Theatre Guild Film Liaison Kristy Moore wants to make sure that you know about opportunities and events. Drop her an email at film@btwtheatreguild.com
We don't want to miss an appearance or accomplishment! We rely on our guild members to let us know where to spot a Pegasus in the wild. If your Pegasus is in a non-Booker T production, please let us know. Our talented kids are so busy we need your eyes and ears to make sure we get the word out. Please include viewing dates, ticket links and any other details that will help us spot a Pegasus in the Wild. Alumni are Pegasi as well so keep those tips coming in too!!!
If you are the parent or guardian of a Theatre Conservatory student you are invited to join the individual class Facebook group for additional information & updates about everything that is going on at Booker T.
All Facebook groups are private and you will need to provide your BTW student's name and answer the questions in order for your request to join to be approved.
