What: Student Recognition Playbill ads are an excellent way to celebrate a student who is in the CAST or CREW of the show.

How: It is easy – just submit the artwork (picture or clipart) and the copy (text) to the Playbill Chair Adam Mora at playbill@btwtheatreguild.com. Or you can create your own ad. Please send the ad in JPEG format and include the size ad you are purchasing or claiming from your membership benefit.

Please ensure you receive an acknowledgement email of your request submission within 48 hours of placing the order and then approve the proof sent to your email for final production.

What does it cost to place an ad in one Playbill?

Full page 5"x8" $75

Half page vertical 2.5" x 8"  $50

Half page horizontal 5" x 4"  $50

Quarter page 2.5" x 4" $25

Where can I buy an ad? Ads can be purchased online using this link to the BTW Theatre Guild or you can use your membership benefits for an ad. Theatre Guild membership benefits for guild members at the Copper ($75) level and above include one or more ads.

Musical Theatre News

MT Spring Musical: The BTW Musical Theatre Department is thrilled to announce this year’s spring production: Sister Act! Save the dates—performances will take place May 7th, 8th, and 9th in the Black Box Theatre.

Auditions will take place on Monday, January 26th (Vocal Music Audition) and Wednesday, January 28th (Call Backs and Dance Call). Auditions will be held during school hours and incorporated into the MT class, so no additional time outside of class is required.

2026-2027 Musical Theatre Ensemble Audition Announcement

MT students interested in continuing in the Musical Theatre program for the 2026–2027 school year must re-audition. The Musical Theatre Department is made up of BTW students from all conservatories who share a love of singing, acting, and dancing. Open to rising juniors and seniors only, the Musical Theatre Ensemble is a fun, dynamic, and selective group of performers. If your child is ready to challenge themselves, grow as an artist, and take the stage again next year, we can’t wait to see them at auditions!

Your child may scan the QR code on posters around campus or use the link HERE (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSd3Hm-B_e0sPaw27VeCLHRvamuJZJGcNS4F8A3i9wxkHCjpPA/viewform) to sign up for an audition time.

Audition Schedule

Vocal Music - Wednesday, February 4th, 5:00 PM

Dance Call - Thursday, February 5th, 5:00 PM

For questions about BTW Musical Theatre or ways to help support upcoming productions, please contact Shelley Kirby at sykintx@gmail.com.

Submit your Pegasus in the Wild appearances and accomplishments to communications@btwtheatreguild.com! If your Pegasi is in a non-Booker T. production, please let us know. Our talented kids are so busy we need your eyes and ears to make sure we get the word out. Please include viewing dates, ticket links and any other details that will help us spot a Pegasus in the Wild. Alumni are Pegasi as well so keep those tips coming in too!!!
