Summer is winding down, and the first day of school will be here before we know it! Please be sure to stop by the Theatre Guild Table at Pegasus Pick Up this week to renew your membership, purchase merchandise, and talk about ways you can get involved. We will be in room 146-148 with Ms. Price ready to greet you.
If you are new to Booker T, especially freshman, please don't hesitate to reach out with questions about the guild, conservatory performances, or other information.
Pegasus Pick-up is Booker T.'s registration day! All students and their parents/guardians pick up schedules, pay for lockers and parking spaces, order yearbooks, take yearbook/ID photos and seniors take their Theatre Conservatory headshots. You can also join the PTSA and guilds, and purchase merchandise.

What is Flight School?
Flight School is an annual student orientation for new students. It is designed to introduce students to campus life, academic resources, and provide social opportunities.

What should students wear to Flight School? Students should wear the t-shirt they received at I Am Booker T Day, but may change for ID photos. (Students who did not attend I Am Booker T Day can pick up their t-shirt at the PTSA booth during Flight School.)
Is lunch served at Flight School? YES! The PTSA will provide lunch for students only immediately following Flight School.
Do students need to RSVP for Flight School? Yes, please RSVP. TODAY IS THE LAST DAY TO RSVP TO FLIGHT SCHOOL!
Theatre Guild End of Summer Bash
New Theatre Conservatory students & their families are invited to this fun chance to share a meal, learn about what to expect, and make new friends. The Theatre Guild sponsors this dinner and party for all students that are new to the Theatre Conservatory.

The Theatre Guild is hosting our annual back to school dinner on September 2nd AFTER the PTSA Meeting. More details to follow.

2025 All School Musical
The 2025 All School Musical is produced by the Booker T Washington PTSA which means questions about Guys & Dolls should be directed to the PTSA and you will find lots of helpful information on the All School Musical page on the PTSA Membership Toolkit website and in the PTSA newsletters. For example, the playbill for the All School Musical is not a Theatre Guild playbill and any feeding of the kids will be overseen by the PTSA.
If you are the parent or guardian of a Theatre Conservatory student you are invited to join the individual class Facebook group for additional information & updates about everything that is going on at Booker T.
All four class specific Facebook groups are private. These groups are open to members of the Theatre Guild and you will need to provide your BTW student's name and answer the questions in order for your request to join to be approved.
