Volunteering with the Theatre Guild

Huge thanks to everyone who has volunteered or donated from Pegasus Pick Up through One Act Play Festival.  As the 2024-25 season is coming to a close, there will still be a few more opportunities to volunteer.

I Am Booker T Day

On April 12th, the Theatre Guild will join the other Guilds and the PTSA at I Am Booker T Day to welcome new families. The actual event is from 9am to 1pm so Guild volunteers will be needed as early at 7:30 am (set up) to 2pm (clean up).

VOLUNTEER LINK Reach out to our Guild President Alicia Schortgen or VP Student Activities Terra Wortley if you have questions volunteer at I Am Booker T Day.

Theatre Conservatory Senior Dinner

On May 22nd the Theatre Guild will host the Theatre Conservatory Senior Dinner. Adult Volunteers & Theatre Students (in grades 9-11) will be needed to set up the Commons, help at the event and clean up at the end of the evening. (Parents of seniors are invited to join the event and discouraged from volunteering.) Mark your calendars today & look for a link to sign up to volunteer the future.

We don't want to miss an appearance or accomplishment! We rely on our guild members to let us know where to spot a Pegasus in the wild. If your Pegasus is in a non-Booker T production, please let us know. Our talented kids are so busy we need your eyes and ears to make sure we get the word out. Please include viewing dates, ticket links and any other details that will help us spot a Pegasus in the Wild. Alumni are Pegasi as well so keep those tips coming in too!!!

You can submit the information to Communications Chair Kathy Gameros via email communications@btwtheatreguild.com
