PRESIDENT'S CORNER
Join Us Tuesday Evening
Welcome October, we're ready for fall! Our monthly Theatre Guild meeting is tomorrow evening after PTSA, and we have lots of exciting updates and a special guest. We are gearing up for Showcase and looking forward to our upcoming productions so there is a lot to talk about. As always, we will discuss upcoming theatre events and hear from Ms. Price.
A huge round of applause to everyone who supported Mr. Burns: A Post-Electric Play -- what a tremendous work of art! Be sure to check out the show photos below. Thank you to all of our Guild volunteers for your time and donations to help support the work of the Theatre Conservatory students and faculty. We are especially grateful to our Feed the Kids Chairs, Ashley Gregory and Stephanie Ruibal, as well as to Alicia Rico, Concessions Chair, for all of their efforts to make the Guild's Main Stage show such a success.
Agenda items include General Updates from Ms. Price, College Showcase Updates, Volunteer Opportunities , Other Business
That's a wrap!
Thank you to Jackie Cooper for all of the photos from Mr. Burns. A link to the photos has been shared with Ms Cotie and the cast. Theatre Guild members can access the Guild's online Zenfolio photo album using this link to the Membership Toolkit website. The galleries contain images from the Theatre Guild and PTSA and are available for two purposes:
1. For the administration of the Theatre Guild, the PTSA and the school to use for newsletters and in-house publicity, and
2. For parents/students for personal use.
We don't want to miss an appearance or accomplishment! We rely on our guild members to let us know where to spot a Pegasus in the wild. If your Pegasus is in a non-Booker T production, please let us know. Our talented kids are so busy we need your eyes and ears to make sure we get the word out. Please include viewing dates, ticket links and any other details that will help us spot a Pegasus in the Wild. Alumni are Pegasi as well so keep those tips coming in too!!!
