GUILD PRESIDENT'S GRATITUDE
The Ten Minute Play Festival was a huge success with a packed house all four nights! Many thanks to all who attended. A special thanks to everyone who volunteered and donated during the shows.
Thanks to all who joined us for the Annual Theatre Guild Holiday Party! It was a festive and fun end to a very busy season.
THANK YOU to all who contributed to the end of year Teacher Gifts! We raised over $700! Thanks to your generosity, each teacher will receive a gift card and some treats for their holiday celebrations.
I am so grateful for all of our talented students, dedicated teachers, and supportive families this year. I wish you all a restful and joyous holiday season and look forward to seeing you in the new year.

Submit your Pegasus in the Wild appearances and accomplishments to communications@btwtheatreguild.com! If your Pegasi is in a non-Booker T. production, please let us know. Our talented kids are so busy we need your eyes and ears to make sure we get the word out. Please include viewing dates, ticket links and any other details that will help us spot a Pegasus in the Wild. Alumni are Pegasi as well so keep those tips coming in too!!!

WISE (Wholly Informed Sex Ed) | A Community Education Series
We’re thrilled to announce our upcoming WISE Community Education Spring Series, created to equip students with accurate, age-appropriate, and inclusive knowledge about sexual health and wellness.
Program Overview | Honest Sex Ed for Grades 9–12 (Priority enrollment for grades 11–12) This five-week course offers a safe, respectful, and engaging environment where students can learn, ask questions, and build confidence around topics that are often overlooked or misunderstood.
Class Details Dates: January 11 – February 8 Schedule: Sundays, 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM Cost: $250 per student for the full series Scholarships: Available upon request
Parent Orientation | A mandatory in-person orientation for parents will be held on Sunday, January 11, from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM at the class location. This session will provide an overview of the curriculum, introduce facilitators, and allow time for questions and discussion.
Topics Covered Anatomy & Physiology Puberty and Development Identity and Self-Awareness Media and Technology Use & Safety Healthy Relationships & Communication Skills Consent and Boundaries STI Prevention & Safer Sex Practices Pregnancy and Contraception

If you are the parent or guardian of a Theatre Conservatory student you are invited to join the individual class Facebook group for additional information & updates about everything that is going on at Booker T.
All four class specific Facebook groups are private. These groups are open to members of the Theatre Guild and you will need to provide your BTW student's name and answer the questions in order for your request to join to be approved.
