Thank You to our Senior Showcase Team That Has Made It All Possible
Kathryn Gameros

When she is not volunteering for the Theater Guild, you may find Kathryn Gameros, at her law firm Atwood Gameros, LLP.  After earning her BA in Women’s Studies & Studio Art from Middlebury College, she went on to Cornell Law School. This year, Kathryn taught herself just enough Adobe Illustrator to create the graffiti-inspired Icons logo for Showcase.

As the mom of three actors, Kathryn often throws herself wholeheartedly into supporting their various projects.  Her oldest daughters are part of the Theatre Conservatory.  Zoë is a senior & plans to go to film school. Isabel is a sophomore with a love of acting, film, and costume design. Both dedicate a lot of time to the BTW mock trial team. The youngest member of Team Gameros is Nina, a seventh-grader. The family is rounded out by husband Bill (also a lawyer) and two perpetually shedding corgis Ollie & Gidget.

Kristy Moore

Kristy Moore currently serves as VP of the Booker T Theatre Guild and previously served as Guild President and VP of Student Activities. She is Mom to Hannah and Zander and wife to Aaron. Hannah is currently a Booker T Theatre Senior and enjoys acting, playwriting, mime, film, and musical theater...and a good impersonation! A graduate of the University of Oklahoma (Boomer Sooner!) and Texas State University,

Kristy is a Licensed Professional Counselor in private practice providing mental health services to children and families. When not working or volunteering; Kristy enjoys dancing, fly fishing,  walks with the best dog in the world - Molly Girl, and traveling with her family. Her children describe her as “freakishly calm” and implore her to “stop dancing in public.”

Kearney Crowley

Kearney Crowley is the proud mom of Kate Crowley, who is a junior at Booker T. She also has three younger boys, Sam who is in 8th grade, Jack who is in 7th, and Thomas who is in 5th. Kearney was born and raised in Dallas and graduated from WT White before going on to Texas Tech.

She is and has always has been very active at her children’s schools while being a stay-at-home mom. These days she is also teaching preschool which keeps her busy but will continue to volunteer as much as possible at all 3 schools. Kearney loves the opportunities that Booker has opened up to her daughter and is so grateful to be a part of such an amazing community at such an amazing school.

Allison Francis

Allison Francis serves the Guild as VP of Student Activities.  She is a three year board veteran, super proud mom of junior theatre student Sam Teague and luckiest stepmom of all to 8th grade Travis TAG star Jackson Francis.

Now retired from a career in architecture and healthcare real estate development; she spends her time volunteering for causes she treasures, serving on multiple boards within the arts community, hitting the road in the family Wanderlodge and generally babying third child…LuLu the pug!

BTW Senior Film Showcase

Please join us for an outdoor screening of 20 original short films.  The event will be held in Klyde Warren Park starting at 6 pm.  The combined run time is expected to be 150 minutes.  The final lineup of short films has been released.
